If you regularly digitise documents, receipts, invoices or business cards, you will benefit from a scanner that combines high speed with automated processes. The SmartOffice PS288 Pro scans up to 30 pages per minute or 60 images per minute in duplex mode and supports documents with a length of up to 5,080 mm.
Scan faster and simplify workflows
With individual job profiles, frequently used scan settings can be saved as quick selections. This makes recurring scanning tasks easier and helps ensure consistent workflows. The automatic document feeder holds up to 50 sheets and is suitable for different document types.
Intelligent document processing
The integrated barcode recognition supports up to 12 different 1D and 2D barcode types, including QR codes. Documents can be automatically separated, named and organised. In addition, the SmartCapture function extracts relevant information from scanned or imported documents for automatic file naming.
More control over every file
The integrated preview and editing tool allows you to rotate, crop or remove individual pages directly after scanning. Documents can also be split into several files or expanded with additional pages without using a separate application.
Digitisation with OCR and secure storage
The pre-installed OCR solution based on ABBYY FineReader converts scans into searchable and editable files. For confidential content, PDF documents can be protected with a password to control access and editing rights.
