This network scanner was developed for small and medium-sized businesses that want to reduce paper-based workflows and make information available more quickly. Thanks to standalone operation, the entire scanning process is carried out directly on the device without an additional workstation.
Direct access to SharePoint and network resources
The scanner allows direct connection to Microsoft 365 SharePoint, SharePoint On-Premises and other network destinations. Documents are stored in the correct folder immediately after scanning, removing the need for manual intermediate steps. Operation is simple via the integrated 7-inch touchscreen. This makes information available more quickly for teams and departments.
Structured document storage for everyday work
Before saving, additional information such as titles, tags, invoice numbers or notes can be added. These metadata make documents easier to find later and support clear document organisation. This is especially useful in environments with a high volume of documents. Documents can also be assigned more easily to specific projects or processes.

The automatic document feeder handles up to 50 sheets and is suitable for both individual documents and larger stacks. With a scanning speed of up to 25 pages per minute or 50 images per minute, documents are digitised quickly. The integrated ultrasonic double-feed detection helps identify feeding errors at an early stage and ensures complete scan results.
Central management and protection of sensitive data
For companies with multiple locations, scan profiles, job buttons and user access can be managed centrally. This keeps settings consistent across all connected devices. Features such as user login, watermarking and the output of encrypted PDF/A files support the secure handling of confidential information.
