With 4K Ultra HD playback and support for modern HDR formats, you get more detail and contrast from your films. The player plays Ultra HD Blu-ray discs and delivers dynamically adjusted brightness for clearly better image depth. At the same time, classic media formats are still supported, so you can continue to use your existing collection. 4K streaming content can also be played directly.
4K picture quality with dynamic adjustment
The combination of HDR10+, Dolby Vision and HLG increases the contrast range and allows fine levels of brightness. This makes bright and dark scenes look more detailed, while colours are shown accurately. The integrated HCX processor also improves colour and brightness levels. Content is shown closer to the original film production.
Wide media and format support
The player reads many disc types such as Ultra HD Blu-ray, Blu-ray, DVD and CD. Files from USB, external hard drives or network can also be played. Common video formats such as MKV, MP4 and AVCHD as well as audio formats like FLAC, WAV, ALAC or DSD are supported. This lets you use content from different sources easily.
Network functions and streaming
Via WiFi or LAN, you can access internet services and apps and stream content in 4K. Services such as Netflix are available directly. DLNA also allows playback of media from your home network. This makes the player a central hub for disc and online content.
Audio output for home cinema systems
With support for high-resolution audio formats such as Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio, you get multi-channel sound with high detail. Two HDMI outputs can separate video and audio signals if needed, which supports stable signal transfer. In addition, 7.1 analogue outputs are available for classic hi-fi systems. This allows flexible integration into existing home cinema setups.
