Garmin Fitness Tracker CIRQA in S/M
This fitness tracker helps you monitor your health, sleep and daily activities. Features such as Sleep Score, Training Readiness, Training Status and continuous heart rate tracking provide useful data for your everyday life and workouts. With a battery life of up to 10 days, it remains comfortable to use over longer periods.
Keep track of sleep and recovery
The advanced sleep analysis records sleep stages, naps, sleep patterns and changes in breathing. The data is supported by Sleep Score, Sleep Coach, skin temperature and Body Battery to help assess your energy levels. Stress tracking, meditation and breathing exercises are also included.
Health data around the clock
The continuous heart rate tracking works every second and is supported by breathing rate monitoring. Pulse Ox data can optionally be recorded all day or during sleep. Alerts for high or low heart rate help you notice changes more quickly.
Training for many sports
The tracker supports fitness, running, cycling, swimming and outdoor activities as well as many team sports. Features such as VO2 Max, training load, load ratio, Training Effect and recovery time allow detailed training analysis. GPS data for distance, pace and speed is provided through the connection to your smartphone.
Designed for everyday use
With water resistance up to 5 ATM, the model is also suitable for pool swimming. The lightweight fibre-reinforced polymer case and ComfortFit nylon straps provide a comfortable fit. Bluetooth and ANT+ connectivity allow connection to Garmin Connect Mobile on iPhone and Android devices.
