Marcato Ampia Premium 150 mm – Pasta Machine, chrome
Fresh pasta is made directly at home with a manual machine that enables several formats in one step. Thanks to its compact design, the machine also fits on smaller work surfaces. It is operated in a classic way with a hand crank or optionally with a motor drive. For cleaning, a dry or slightly damp cloth combined with a brush is sufficient.
Suitable for:
- Lasagne: Provides ready dough sheets in different thicknesses, adjustable in 10 positions
- Fettuccine: Tasty fettuccine as a side for meat, fish or vegetables with a width of 6.5 mm
- Tagliolini: Delicious tagliolini, ideal in a sauce or soup with a width of 1.5 mm
Versatile pasta formats for every taste
With this machine, you prepare different types of pasta without extra effort. Thin tagliolini are suitable for light sauces or as a soup garnish. Fettuccine holds rich ingredients such as meat, fish or vegetables well. For oven dishes or filled variants, lasagne sheets can be made easily and further processed.
Precise settings and robust design
The rollers made of anodised aluminium ensure even dough processing without residues. You choose from 10 levels using the side control to set the right thickness for each type of pasta. Removable elements make everyday cleaning easier. Thanks to the bayonet connection, the machine can be used flexibly with a crank or motor.
