The Atlas+ model extends the well-known functions and allows one additional pasta shape compared to earlier versions. Thanks to manual operation, you always keep full control over dough thickness and cutting.
More shapes with one machine
Atlas+ combines rollers and cutting tools in a stable case and already includes 4 classic pasta shapes in the scope of delivery. With optional accessories, the range of uses can be expanded clearly – from Asian noodles to dough sheets for sweet and savoury dishes. This makes the machine suitable for both traditional recipes and creative variations.
