The BPA-free BACKMEISTER Big White offers 15 stored programmes for breads (also gluten-free), jam/jam, cakes, pasta dough or yoghurt. With the powerful, robust AC motor, 3 bread sizes and 3 browning degrees can be made and selected - for the removable baking tin and the double mixer (both ceramic non-stick coated). Standing safely on non-slip feet, pre-programmable for up to 15 hours and with lots of accessories: measuring cup and spoon, 2 kneaders, 1 hook spit, removable baking tin and operating instructions with recipes.
