Precise blades for clean cuts
The blades are made of stainless steel and are produced from 3 mm thick steel sheet. After heat treatment, they reach a hardness of 58/60 HRC, which offers a good balance between stability and edge retention. Grinding, hardening, satin finishing and sharpening are carried out using traditional techniques.
Secure grip and balanced handling
The handle made of thermoplastic polymer is ergonomically shaped and supports direct and secure knife guidance. Increased grip when wet helps maintain control during cutting. The rear ring nut with inserted steel balls ensures a balanced centre of gravity.
