Detailed observatory model
Remove the exterior panels to reveal an instrument bay featuring gyroscopes as well as primary and secondary mirrors. Position the solar arrays and antennas, then open the aperture door to display key elements of the telescope’s design.
Display piece for astronomy fans
The model stands on a display stand with an information plaque. An astronaut minifigure illustrates the approximate scale of the telescope and complements the finished display model.
