Prepare espresso and hot beverages with a well-designed portafilter machine built for precise control. A pump pressure of 9 bar during brewing (with a nominal 15 bar) ensures consistent extraction. The 2.1-liter water tank allows for multiple brews without the need for refilling. Its construction - featuring a brass brew group and stainless steel portafilter - is designed for daily use.
Focus on Control and Temperature
Operation is made easy thanks to a display featuring four capacitive buttons and three backlit toggle switches. Dual PID controllers manage temperatures separately for brewing and steam, with the brewing temperature being adjustable. A three-stage automatic pre-infusion function ensures the coffee grounds are evenly saturated, allowing you to fine-tune the brewing process.
Practical Features
The professional 58 mm stainless steel portafilter meets standard barista specifications and allows for the simultaneous preparation of two cups. Hot water and steam functions are provided via a stainless steel steam wand. Removable components, such as the water tank and drip tray, are accessible from the front.
