Marcato Atlas 180 Slide Pasta Machine
The sheeter offers a maximum length of 180 mm for various applications, such as pasta, bread and cake decorations.
Features:
- Pasta dough: Prepare dough sheets in different thicknesses, 10 positions adjustable
- Confectionery: Can also be used for modelling sugar paste
- Other possible uses: Preparation of e.g. pita bread, naan bread or Arabic flat bread
Adjustment options Dough sheet thickness:
- Level 0: Thickness of the pasta dough: ≈ 4.8 mm
- Stage 1: Thickness of the pasta dough: ≈ 3.7 mm
- Stage 2: Thickness of the pasta dough: ≈ 3.1 mm
- Stage 3: Thickness of the pasta dough: ≈ 2.4 mm
- Stage 4: Thickness of the pasta dough: ≈ 1.8 mm
- Stage 5: Thickness of the pasta dough: ≈ 1.5 mm
- Stage 6: Thickness of the pasta dough: ≈ 1.0 mm
- Stage 7: Thickness of the pasta dough: ≈ 0.8 mm
- Stage 8: Thickness of the pasta dough: ≈ 0.6 mm
