Accessories Atlas 150: Pappardelle
The Italian regions offer an almost infinite range of pasta shapes. Pappardelle probably originated in beautiful Tuscany: they are flat but very wide ribbon noodles, even wider than fettuccine or tagliatelle. They are up to 5 cm wide!
This roller can be easily mounted on the Atlas 150. Cleaning is also easy thanks to the removable brushes. The accessories are not dishwasher safe.
