Marcato Parpadelle accessories for Pasta Fresca
Pappardelle are long, flat and wide pasta. They offer perfect grip when cooking. Their rough appearance makes them an ideal pasta to enjoy with savoury sauces.
This pappardelle pasta cutter is only compatible with the Marcato Pasta Fresca electric pasta machine. It is attached to the side of the machine. You only need to activate the Pasta Fresca to use the pasta cutter!
