The measuring range spans from minus 40 to plus 200 degrees Celsius, with a maximum deviation of 1 degree. Made from elegant and durable Cromargan stainless steel 18/10, the thermometer is especially sturdy and long-lasting. However, it should not be used in a closed oven and must be cleaned by hand only.
