Kai Santoku utility knife, 18 cm
The blade of the knife is made of VG-10 steel and covered by 32 layers of Damascus steel. This makes the blade of the knife extremely stable, hard and elastic at the same time due to both components and also has a double-sided grinding.
The handle of the knife is made of durable walnut wood. The particularly symmetrical shape of the walnut handle enables both right- and left-handed users to achieve precise cutting performance.
