The Shun Premier blade combines the hardness of VG Max steel with a sheath of 32 layers of Damascus steel, resulting in a robust yet flexible cutting edge. The light weight and double-sided grind allow for easy handling and precise cuts, while the hammer-finish makes it easy to release the cut material. The symmetrical handle provides comfort for the user and is suitable for both right and left-handed users.
