The De Buyer CERANOA pan with a diameter of 24 cm is made of forged aluminium with a PFAS-free ceramic coating, which enables gentle and healthy cooking. Thanks to its non-stick properties, it is particularly suitable for delicate ingredients such as fish, vegetables or sauces and can be used on all types of hob, including induction. The riveted flat steel handle offers comfortable handling.
