This round non-stick pan is perfect for delicate cooking and heating food. Thanks to the special Lyoner shape, the food slides out easily. Made from very thick aluminium (5 mm), the pan retains its shape and its coating is extremely durable, even on induction hobs. The base is made of magnetic AISI 430 stainless steel, which makes it suitable for induction hobs. The five-layer premium coating ensures optimum non-stick properties and is designed for intensive use. The powder-coated, riveted steel strip handle is heat-resistant and allows for comfortable handling. The ergonomically shaped handle ensures a secure grip and easy handling. It is recommended not to use the pan empty or overheated, to avoid thermal shocks and not to use metal objects. Only hand washing without scouring pads is recommended for cleaning. Suitable for all hob types, including induction.
